Parent & Baby Yoga! Yoga for new parents and their babies (newborn until crawling). Enjoy yoga in a safe, supportive environment while learning postures and exercises specifically suited for new parents. Instructor Mary Barnes combines Anusara Yoga, breathwork, alignment, and strength training to improve the health and happiness of both parent and baby. The class is focused on the parent, though movement exercises and songs for babies are included in the class. Mats and other yoga props are provided.
