Parents Night Out! Calling all parents to enjoy Summer Happy Hour and Trivia! Get away from your busy weekly summer schedule and spend prime sunset-watching hours competing in New York-themed trivia over a glass of local beer or wine for sale!
Night at the Museums in Lower Manhattan. As part of the River to River Festival, 13 Lower Manhattan museums and cultural institutions will offer free programming for everyone to enjoy. This is a wonderful opportunity to spend the evening hours strolling with your children and introducing them to local institutions that help make NYC unique. Special programming and extended hours will be offered by the following institutions:
9/11 Memorial Museum (reserve tickets online), the African Burial Ground National Monument, the Anne Frank Center USA, the Museum of Jewish Heritage – A Living Memorial to the Holocaust, the 9/11 Tribute Center, the National Museum of the American Indian – New York, the National Archives at New York City, Federal Hall National Memorial, the Museum of American Finance, Fraunces Tavern Museum, the Skyscraper Museum, South Street Seaport Museum, and Wall Street Walks.

Proceeds raised by Taste of Tribeca support arts and enrichment programs at two Tribeca public schools, PS 150 and PS 234.
At PS 234, the money raised provides music instruction for all students, through the purchase and maintenance of instruments and hiring of specialized instructors. Last year, PS 234 had five different music teachers teaching vocal music, the recorder, brass, strings, woodwinds, and percussion.
At PS 150, Taste of Tribeca supports a wide range of activities including: modern and ballroom dance instruction, storytelling workshops, museum collaborations, visits from celebrated authors, arts support for classroom teachers, and technology enhancement.
