Beach Baby Fitness is a pre/post-natal program designed to help Moms stay fit during pregnancy and have a strong recovery after birth. The appeal to BBF classes is that it is a BYOB(aby) class! Mom gets a great core workout and baby plays in a supervised mixed ages playgroup.
Founder and BBF instructor Solange Ross is a women’s health physical therapist and pre/post-natal trainer specialized in pregnancy, post-partum rehabilitation and orthopedics. She was inspired to create this program after the birth of her first baby in 2008. Using a core centered and holistic approach to exercise, Beach Baby Fitness will help you stay fit during pregnancy and teach you essential exercises after birth.
Classes focus on abdominal retraining, pelvic floor, postural exercises and upper/lower body conditioning. Exercises integrate yoga, Pilates and traditional strength training.
