Learn how to make cocktails to accompany your Valentine’s Day dinner using unique ingredients such as chili peppers, chocolate, pomegranates, ginger, figs, and vanilla. All of these ingredients are known to increase the heart rate, improve blood flow, and make for a romantic night. Sample classic cocktail interpretations and create your own to share with your Valentine.
ICE will also offer classes on actual Valentine’s Day to help you prepare dinner and treats. These classes include Truffles, Truffles, Truffles and Classic Valentine’s Day Dinner. They will be held the morning of Valentine’s Day, allowing you to utilize your new skills in the kitchen that night.
