Downtown Dance Factory is bringing kids a fun event called DDF Play! It will be an indoor play space for little kids to play at! It is drop in based and offered two times a week! This will just be an open play space concept, not structured and there will be lots of fun activities like: a ball pit, bouncy toys, mats, books, tunnels, blocks and music! Bring friends and go play with Downtown Dance Factory!

Get ready to hear fun music, dance with the band, get your face painted, chat with costumed characters and a whole lot more.
We will reveal more surprises, as the date gets near. For now, plan on spending your day at the historic Seaport neighborhood – grab breakfast before the block party, take a break and sit down for lunch at one of the beautiful restaurants or stay afterwards for an a coffee or an ice cream. And, stop by the Fulton Stall Market for some fresh produce. It’s all happening at the Seaport District NYC.

The English are coming! The English are coming!
Help kick off the 1st annual England Day NYC in Lower Manhattan on Saturday. The event will take place at the Queen Elizabeth II Garden at Hanover Square. The celebration is in honor of St George’s Day and the special relationship between England and the United States. Attendees are encouraged to dress in red and white or as their favorite Englishman or woman. All costumed visitors will be eligible to enter into the best dress contest and have a chance at winning two roundtrip tickets to England on Virgin Atlantic. There are many activities for all ages including a kids area, called Little England with a Lego activation.
Enjoy the family music and entertainment, and take part in the sing-alongs, enter the costume competition and “Show us your Shakespeare!” to commemorate his 400th anniversary.
