The Hudson River Park Trust has been hosting a variety of innovative programs for families, for years. This year, kids are invited to stop by Pier 25 for the pop up maker space, for kids 5 and older. Each session will allow kids to evaluate situations that can be solved with creative solutions and create their own maker-themed projects. It’s a great opportunity for kids to work with others, problem solve and get their minds churning, as we gear up for back to school!
Final Session: Kaleidoscopes: Kaleidoscopes use mirrors and translucent objects to create constantly symmetric patterns. See the world through a new lens by building a kaleidoscope with craft items.
Date: Thursday, August 11th, 18th and 25th [Read more…] about Pop Up Maker Space at Pier 25
