There are a number of ways to help those affected. One way is by donating these materials:

Sage Fitness: Workout for PUERTO RICO

New Yorkers and all downtowners are invited to join the team from Sage Fitness to raise money for the people of Puerto Rico. All levels of yogis are invited to workout at the Sage Fitness studio, to help support our friends and family in Puerto Rico in the wake of the devastation caused by Hurricane Maria and Hurricane Irma.

Sage Fitness has partnered with Common Sense CPR founders Goeff Gohacki and Vanessa Anton to help raise funds for supplies for Puerto Rico. They are focusing on bringing diapers, portable solar chargers, and water filtration, although the list may include other items.  They plan to visit and drop off supplies, monthly. Their first trip to Puerto Rico is October 9th.
