The Smartest Buy in Brooklyn
Closings have commenced at Brooklyn’s tallest building. Brooklyn Point offers studio to three-bedroom homes for-sale at City Point with a 25-year tax abatement, extremely low carrying costs, and 40,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities.
With activities and amenities for the entire family, Brooklyn Point is the perfect place to call home. For our young residents, the building offers everything from an outdoor “forest adventure” playground to an arcade. Not to be missed are the 35-foot rock climbing wall, basketball court, and of course the highest residential infinity pool in the Western Hemisphere.
The building also features an entire suite of additional amenities and services including a stroller valet, health and wellness center with an indoor pool, wine library, chef’s demonstration kitchen, lounge featuring a signature bar, co-working space and so much more.
Only one stop from Manhattan and with convenient access to 11 subway lines, all the best neighborhoods and green spaces are at your front door including Downtown Brooklyn, Brooklyn Heights, Park Slope, Boerum Hill, and Fort Greene as well as Downtown Brooklyn’s new Willoughby Square Park.

Residential buildings in Lower Manhattan, used to be a dime a dozen. Times have changed and the neighborhood is getting a revamp with new buildings, new amenities and dining destinations that are unprecedented. The new luxury buildings that are slated to open in 2017 are impressive and worthy of many discussions on architecture, the new downtown skyline and the onslaught of services that are normally reserved for luxury hotels. A perfect example of luxury and incredible design is the Piet Boon designed 101 Wall residential building. The well known Dutch designer has created a signature, yet distinctive and unique residential building, with a tip of the hat to the Art Deco construction of the building.
The building was built in 1931 and Boon has been very thoughtful in his design approach, with a concentrated effort in retaining the history of the original architects and specifically maintained a historical presence of the original design in the lobby. The floor plans are unique, as is the neighborhood known as FiDi and the building is sophisticated and masterful. The building will offer amenities such as a library, a rooftop lounge, a children’s playroom and open spaces for residents to enjoy.
