Ottilio-Cooper, the Founder of Breathe Bend Grow for infant, toddler and big kids Yoga classes in FiDi. Yoga improves skill development, muscular strength, muscular endurance and flexibility. Yoga is chance to unwind and connect with-in. It is a non-competitive, joyful, empowering practice that will enrich all aspects of your child’s life as they grow and change. Practicing yoga on the mat, including breathing exercises, meditation and relaxation, will gently teach our kids tools that can be helpful and transformational in this modern life.
